Chef Shermay’s Cilicuka-Lime Dip

A very simple and delicious variation using Cilicuka. Just add lime zest and juice for a citrusy zing! This recipe is vegan. No MSG. No artificial colouring. No gluten. Non GMO.

INGREDIENTS:

  • About 3 tbsp or more Cilicuka (Original, Very Hot or Very Very Hot)
  • Lime, zest (about 1/4 tsp) and juice (about 1 tsp)

METHOD:

  1. In a serving dish, scoop some Cilicuka.
  2. Using a mini Microplane Grater, directly grate some lime zest.
  3. Halve the lime then squeeze some juice.
  4. Stir and taste. Adjust if necessary.
  5. Use as a dip (for crackers, chicken nuggets, fish fillet, boiled vegetable sticks, French fries, etc.)
