A burst of great flavor and a shot of good health await you in every bottle of Shermay’s Ginger Garlic Sauce, which brings forth the traditional goodness of mature ginger, pungent garlic, and aromatic sesame oil that pioneer Singaporeans used to elevate their humble home dishes.

How to Use: No Asian kitchen can do without this sauce. It pairs perfectly with chicken rice, especially when accompanied by Shermay’s Cilicukas. Simply cover a piece of fish or chicken with this sauce, then steam or bake. Add a tablespoonful to enhance the flavors of stir-fries and stocks. It can also be served on its own as a condiment with homestyle Chinese cooking. Additionally, it makes a perfect dipping sauce for steamboat/hotpot.

Ingredients: Ginger, Vegetable Oil, Sesame Oil, Shallot, Garlic, Salt, Sugar, Lactic Acid and Approved Preservatives (Sorbic Acid and Benzoic Acid).

Properties: Halal, No Artificial Colouring or Flavouring, No Gluten, No MSG, No Trans-Fat, Vegan.

Net Volume: 240ml

Refrigerate after opening. Best to consume within 3 months after opening.

Enjoy free islandwide delivery
within Singapore with a minimum total bill of S$70.


For Non-Peak periods,
if you have placed an order before 12pm, your order will be shipped within 1 to
2 days.


For orders placed
after 12pm, we will dispatch and deliver within 2 to 4 days.


For Peak periods such
as Christmas and Chinese New Year, delivery will take up to 3 to 5 working days,
depending on the number of orders and our shipping carrier.


For Express
: You will receive your orders within the same day. The cut-off
timing for this delivery option is 2pm.


Orders made after 2pm,
will not be eligible for this delivery option. This shipping option will
only be available on weekdays.


We will not ship
any orders on Public Holidays as we will be closed.

Return Policy

We will require that you email back your invoice, snap and send product
images and proof of any damage/ wrong item.


We will then evaluate accordingly, and follow up with a refund or
replacement, if eligible. You may keep all products (damaged/wrong item) once your
refund/replacement has been approved, if we do not request for a return.
