Navigating the Membership Programme from the main page
1. On the main page, click on the 'Rewards' icon to access your account.
The icon can be found on the bottom left-hand corner of the main page for both mobile and desktop users.
2. Click on 'Join' to create your membership account.

3. To redeem your reward, click on the 'Rewards' widget and select 'Redeem points'.
Apply the redeemed discount code at check-out.
Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Eligibility
Membership is open to all individuals who sign up on shermay.com and is non-transferable.
2. Sign-up Process
Users must complete the membership sign-up form and provide accurate and complete information. Shermay's Singapore Fine Food reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
Members are entitled to exclusive discounts on orders. Additional benefits may be provided and are subject to change at the discretion of Shermay's Singapore Fine Food.
4. Use of Membership
Membership is for individual use only and cannot be shared. Members must abide by the terms and conditions of use, as well as the policies and procedures of Shermay's Singapore Fine Food.
5. Points & Rewards Expiry
Rewards are valid for one year from the date of redemption. Reminder emails will be sent before expiration of the points and rewards.
6. Changes to Membership Terms
Shermay's Singapore Fine Food reserves the right to modify the membership terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the company's website.
7. Termination of Membership
Members may terminate their membership at any time by providing written notice to Shermay's Singapore Fine Food (via info@shermay.com) or allow it to lapse.
Shermay's Singapore Fine Food reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member is found to have violated the terms and conditions.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Personal information collected for the membership application process will not be sold to any 3rd Party. Members consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the membership programme.
9. Liability
Shermay's Singapore Fine Food is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the membership or the inability to use the membership benefits.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the membership programme will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
