Also known as "The Magic Mother Sauce", this one miracle sauce makes delicious dark-roasted char siew, hawker-style BBQ chicken wings, kong bak bao, bak kwa, and so much more!
It is packed with the umami and luscious flavours of oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce, caramel and Five-Spice. It is a quick, delicious and convenient alternative, without having to buy many bottles of sauce. This ready-to-cook marinade was created by Shermay based on her experiences in the Asian kitchen and the traditional principles of cooking with Asian pantry sauces.

For Non-Peak periods,
if you have placed an order before 12pm, your order will be shipped within 1 to

after 12pm, we will dispatch and deliver within 2 to 4 days.
For Peak periods such
as Christmas and Chinese New Year, delivery will take up to 3 to 5 working days,
depending on the number of orders and our shipping carrier.
Delivery: You will receive your orders within the same day. The cut-off
timing for this delivery option is 2pm.
Orders made after 2pm,
will not be eligible for this delivery option. This shipping option will
only be available on weekdays.
We will not ship
any orders on Public Holidays as we will be closed.
We will require that you email back your invoice, snap and send product
images and proof of any damage/ wrong item.
We will then evaluate accordingly, and follow up with a refund or
replacement, if eligible. You may keep all products (damaged/wrong item) once your
refund/replacement has been approved, if we do not request for a return.
