Untuk tempoh Bukan Puncak,
jika anda telah membuat pesanan sebelum jam 12 malam, pesanan anda akan dihantar dalam masa 1 hingga
2 hari.
Untuk pesanan yang dibuat
selepas jam 12 malam, kami akan menghantar dan menghantar dalam masa 2 hingga 4 hari.
Untuk tempoh Puncak seperti
sebagai Krismas dan Tahun Baru Cina, penghantaran akan mengambil masa sehingga 3 hingga 5 hari bekerja,
bergantung pada bilangan pesanan dan pembawa penghantaran kami.
Untuk Express
Penghantaran : Anda akan menerima pesanan anda dalam hari yang sama. Cut-off
masa untuk pilihan penghantaran ini ialah 2 petang.
Tempahan dibuat selepas jam 2 petang,
tidak akan layak untuk pilihan penghantaran ini. Pilihan penghantaran ini akan
hanya tersedia pada hari bekerja.
Kami tidak akan menghantar
sebarang tempahan pada Cuti Umum kerana kami akan ditutup.
Syarat pengembalian
Kami akan memerlukan anda menghantar semula invois anda melalui e-mel, snap dan hantar produk
imej dan bukti sebarang kerosakan/ item yang salah.
Kami kemudiannya akan menilai dengan sewajarnya, dan membuat susulan dengan bayaran balik atau
penggantian, jika layak. Anda boleh menyimpan semua produk (barang rosak/salah) sebaik sahaja anda
bayaran balik/penggantian telah diluluskan, jika kami tidak meminta pemulangan.
