1) Tahitian Vanilla Chiffon Butter Cake The beautiful lovechild of chiffon cake and butter cake, boasting a light texture as well as a buttery flavour, plus the floral aroma of Tahitian vanilla. Rich and delicious all by itself, it also makes a wonderful base for desserts such as tiramisu and English trifle.
2) Black Forest Chiffon Cake Roll with Kirsch-Soaked Cherries A featherlight, cocoa-dusted cake roll of chocolate chiffon enclosing thick whipped cream, black cherries and tangy cherry-kirsch syrup. An elegant festive or special-occasion dessert.
3) Earl Grey Tea Chiffon Cupcakes with White Grapefruit Ganache Chiffon batter infused with finely ground Earl Grey tea leaves, baked into individual tall cupcakes.
