Chef Shermay’s Cilicuka-Lime Dip
A very simple and delicious variation using Cilicuka. Just add lime zest and juice for a citrusy zing! This recipe is vegan. No MSG. No artificial colouring. No gluten. Non GMO.
- About 3 Tbsp or more Cilicuka (Original, Extra Hot or Super Hot)
- Lime, zest (about 1/4 tsp) and juice (about 1 tsp)
- In a serving dish, scoop some Cilicuka.
- Using a mini Microplane Grater, directly grate some lime zest.
- Halve the lime then squeeze some juice.
- Stir and taste. Adjust if necessary.
- Use as a dip (for crackers, chicken nuggets, fish fillet, boiled vegetable sticks, French fries, etc.)
