Payment is due upon confirmation of a space. Priority is given to customers who make payment and only guaranteed when payment is made. IN PERSON  Pay by cash/visa/mastercard/amex in person at our reception during our office hours. Cancellation details below.**
	2 Reminder		You will receive a reminder email/call with details about the fully paid booking at least 2 days before the class.
	3 Day of class		Please arrive 20 mins earlier to collect your recipes, select your seat & enjoy our complimentary refreshments. Class will start on time.

Cancellations  
** Notice at least 5 working days prior to the class is required for any cancellations; otherwise the full payment and/or class voucher will be forfeited regardless of the unforeseen circumstance (e.g. travel, illness, etc). We recommend that you make your own arrangements for someone to attend in your place; then notify us of the change. If there is a wait-list, we will try to replace your space with another customer, however we cannot guarantee it. There is a $10 admin penalty fee per class for cancellations, you will then receive a refund for the remaining amount or may use it as credit for another class within 6 months from the date of the cancelled class.

DEMO
(Demo + Food Tasting, 2-4 hrs), Regular or Festive 3-Course/4-Dish Menus: S$69-139 per pax per class

HANDS-ON
(Demo + Hands-On + Food Tasting + Box to Take Home, 3-4hrs): S$109-139 per pax per class

* Domestic helpers are welcome to attend any of our classes and are charged our normal rates.
* Book and prepay early to avoid being wait-listed.
* A 10-person minimum is required to proceed with a class. In the unlikely event that a class cannot proceed, we will inform you 48 hrs in advance and you will receive a full refund or full credit which you can use towards a class within 6 mths from the date of the cancelled class.

Children  
* Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to attend classes except for classes especially designed for children. Children aged 12 and above are charged the same price as an adult.
* Children who accompany an adult will be charge at normal (adult) rates. It is also subject to availability and there is an age minimum of 12 yrs old. 
* We do NOT have a spare room for them to wait and we will unfortunately have to turn away any accompanying children. Normal cancellation terms apply (for instance, if you are unable to find a babysitter, we suggest that you find a replacement to attend the class since you will forfeit the fees. Alternatively, if the child is 12 or above and there is a seat available, you may bring the child to the class at the adult rate. You will be turn away from the class and will lose your full fee if you come to the class with the accompanying child.)

Class Vouchers
*  Valid vouchers by De Dietrich are accepted. 

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available at S$139 per class for any class (Standard & Special Classes or Workshops). The recipient of the voucher can then choose to attend any class at any price. Alternatively, you may wish to prepay and sign the recipient of the voucher up for a specific class. We will then issue a class voucher for that class. Please note that if the voucher is not used on the day of the class, the voucher will be forfeited and no refund will be made.
Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase (no extensions).

Cash Vouchers
Cash vouchers are available in S$10 & S$50 denominations and can be used for cooking classes or purchase of retail products (cookbooks, etc). Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
