Neo Say Wee is a homebrewer turned professional brewer for homegrown microbrewery, Brewerkz. As a Brewer, he is kept updated with the industry trends and has learnt to appreciate the finest details of the beverage. In 2011, he became the first Singaporean Beer Judge accredited under the Beer Judge Certification Program.
To develop the art of appreciating and brewing of craft beer in Singapore, he sets up the HomeBrew Store. With more than 8 years of brewing experience, he constantly sources for equipment and fresh beer making ingredients for avid hobbyists. His experience in Brewerkz gives him the opportunity to share his expertise in professional brewing with homebrewers.
Say Wee also founded the first and only Homebrew Club in Singapore. Club activities are held monthly and these include beer tasting, microbrewery tour and discussions relating to beer.
