Pastry Chef Hannah Wong is the owner of Strictly Pastry. She believes that a cake not only has to score aesthetically, but taste good as well. Bringing a celebrant's dream come true through cakes is her passion.
She was part of the award-winning team at the Food & Hotel Asia Salon Culinaire and won the Cacao Barry Scholarship to Paris at the World Gourmet Summit in 2006.
She was also formerly from The Patissier where she worked for 8 years and rose through the ranks.
